I've spent more than two decades helping healthcare and mission-driven organizations navigate change, strengthen how they operate, and turn ambitious ideas into practical execution.

Looking back, a pattern has emerged across my career. Whether leading product strategy, customer experience, technology, research, quality, or organizational transformation, I've consistently been drawn to work that helps organizations become more effective—bringing people together, creating clarity around complex decisions, and building the capabilities that allow mission-driven organizations to thrive.

Verve Strategy grew out of that passion.

Originally created as a consulting practice, Verve has evolved into a place where I share ideas about leadership, organizational effectiveness, strategy, governance, customer experience, and building organizations that are capable of delivering lasting impact.

Today, my primary focus is executive leadership within national healthcare organizations. This site reflects my ongoing interest in the ideas, frameworks, and leadership practices that help organizations—and the people who lead them—do their best work.
